Thumb Piano

Crafted by hand from local coconut shells, playful geckos adorn this primitive instrument.  The kalimba, or thumb piano, is easy to play and when its leaves are plucked, it produces a haunting, fluid percussive sound that is considered tranquil and enchanting.  Since you can play either simultaneoulsy or alternating between both thumbs, harmonic and rhythmic effects are possible.  A great addition to your music collection and a perfect gift for the music lover.
